Our festival relies on volunteerism.  By giving back as a volunteer or team coach you will find a gratification that goes beyond material gains but has an impact in the betterment of your community and its children.

Please consider being a coach/manager. Significant coaching experience is not required. Elder siblings are more than welcome to coach. A manager/coach is responsible for the following:

• Distributing juice boxes
• Positive encouragement and managing playing time
  
• Informing players of the team's Festival schedule
